Trucks & Trolleys Types & DesignsWe manufacture a complete range of trucks & trolleys from FIRM LOADING TRUCKS through to our BALANCED TRUCKS which are well balanced allowing excellent manoeuvrability and allows the truck to be completely turned within its own body length.
There are many varied designs with SINGLE ENDS, DOUBLE ENDS, & FOUR SIDED.
We also manufacture models with SHELVES, TRAYS & CONTAINERS which are ideal for use in HOSPITALS, GARDEN CENTRES, DIY & RETAIL STORES and for INDUSTRIAL USE.
All models can be fitted with protection buffers if required. ConstructionOur range of trucks and trolleys have frames constructed with tubular, box or angle section steel having fully welded joints.
We can also manufacture to the same designs using stainless steel or aluminium.
Platforms can be constructed from exterior grade plywood, steel plate, melamine or many other modern materials. Wheel OptionsA large range of wheels are available for various surfaces from smooth floors through to rough surfaces.
Nylon, polyurethane, standard and non-marking rubber are available dependant upon customers requirements.
All our wheels exceeding 200mm in diameter have roller bearings fitted as a standard.
Brakes are available fitted to castors when requested. FinishesOur trucks & trolleys are available in a variety of finishes including galvanised, bright zinc plated, epoxy powder coated or electro-static spray painted.
Our standard colours include light / dark blue, red, green, white, or black but other colours are available upon request. DeliveryWe can either deliver direct to the customer using our own transport or alternatively use a national carrier for the more urgent items.
