This is a new product which has been developed by our designers to cater for areas where ferrous metals such as screws, nails and swarf are a potential hazard to personnel or vehicle tyres.
This clever and practical machine makes speedy work of creating a clear hazard free area as recommended by health & safety guidelines.
Not only does this efficient machine create a safer environment for on site personnel but it also has the benefit of preventing expensive repairs to tyres and other equipment such as fork lift trucks.
The basic magnetic trolley can cover floor areas in strips of 600mm wide per sweep. The machine can cope with normal walking speeds and still collect all metal as described.
The handle and frame are manufactured in tubular steel with the magnets set in a pressed steel housing. There is a very simple but effective lever mechanism which when operated immediately deposits the metal spoil for disposal.
A larger unit for attaching to a fork lift truck will be available shortly to clear very large floor areas.
The magnet trolleys are finished in dark blue epoxy powder coating with fittings of bright zinc plate.
Other colours are available upon request. DeliveryWe can either deliver direct to the customer using our own transport or alternatively use a national carrier for the more urgent items.
