Versatrux Limited have a very experienced design department and will work with the customer to produce an individual unit of materials handling equipment which may be required to serve a very specific purpose.
After an initial assessment a design proposal will be submitted and if accepted the product will then be manufactured.
In more complex situations a prototype would be constructed for trial by the customer before final production commences.
Our latest special products development brief resulted in the production of some very large individual ackerman steered, twin braked trailers with hydraulically operated tipping platforms designed for carrying purpose made equipment weighing 10 tonnes and capable of providing safe transferral of loads between various trailers.
We can manufacture special models in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium construction.
Finishes are available in galvanised, bright zinc plated, epoxy powder coating or electro static spray painted.
