Although we manufacture and sell under our own company name most of our production items are marketed through popular high street brand names.

Construction

Constructed in tubular steel with welded joints. All our step models are virtually maintenance free.

Available with either fixed non-slip rubber feet and spring loaded swivel castors which retract when body weight is applied or models with lever operated retractable castors.

This is our latest ‘Lock-Guard’ design which has a transverse steel bar with warning label attached which prevents access to the step unit until the feet locking lever is operated.

   

Lockable gateways are available as an optional extra.

Finishes

These step units are available in a variety of finishes including galvanised, epoxy powder coating or conventional spray painted.

Standard colours include dark / light blue, red, green, white & black. Other colours are available on request.

Tread Options

Treads can be manufactured in aluminium durbar non slip sheet, expanded steel mesh, or ribbed rubber / PVC anti slip surface on timber.

Extra wide treads are available on most models.

All our step units are manufactured to the most exacting of standards.

There are two slope angles available the standard 54degree or the ‘easier’ 48 degree slope.

The Mobile Step Range

1. Handy Steps

One or two treads with or without post handrails with step heights ranging from 266mm to 432mm with the post handrail being 915mm high.

2. Tilt & Pull Steps

Two to four steps ideal for use in offices shops and warehouses. These are highly manoeuvrable steps with virtually no maintenance required.

3. Stainless Steel Steps

Stainless steel steps are available as an option to the standard tubular steel ranges.

4. Heavy Duty Mobile Steps

We manufacture a very large range of mobile step units all of which are easily manoeuvrable whilst giving maximum stability during use.

Delivery

We can either deliver direct to the customer using our own transport or alternatively use a national carrier for the more urgent items.
